Runpeng's history is written in its divisions. The company was founded in 1994; in 1996 it added mould design and production and stamping — the tooling foundation everything else stands on. In 2003 came the die casting division, adding zinc and aluminum casting to the house. Export service began in 2007, and in 2020 the mould and die casting operations moved and expanded, bringing the combined Shenzhen and Dongguan facilities to 9,500 m². The official banner summarises it as more than 28 years' experience in customised spare parts.
That sequence explains the factory's character: it is a toolmaker that grew into a multi-process manufacturer, not a trading company that assembled suppliers. The divisions a buyer uses — casting, machining, stamping, extrusion, injection — are departments with shared management, shared quality systems and shared inspection, which is why mixed assemblies are this site's recurring theme.
The capability statement is comprehensive: mould design, mould production, zinc and aluminum alloy die-casting, stamping, CNC machining, CNC punching and plastics injection. The industries the factory states it serves are aerospace, automotive, robotics, medicine and electronics, with customers around the globe — stated at industry level, because individual customer programmes are confidential and this site does not publish client names.
This English site exists for international buyers evaluating that capability: every product and claim on it traces to the manufacturer's own published range and statements, organised around the keywords buyers actually search. Where the evidence runs out — a grade, a finish, a figure the factory has not published — the site says so and routes the question to the enquiry form, where it belongs.
Tell us the material grade, quantity and finish you need for your custom parts programme. Our engineers review every drawing for die casting, machining or stamping feasibility before quoting — no obligation.
