Aluminum stamping serves the parts where light weight, corrosion behaviour and clean forming matter: covers, brackets, plates, housings and trim components. The range evidences two supply states — plain aluminum stamping parts and powder-coated ones — which maps to how buyers actually order: functional parts ship plain; visible parts arrive coated, colour-specified and ready to assemble.
The sheet grades anchoring the range are AL6061 and 6063, named in the factory's sheet metal fabrication product. Drawings specifying those grades quote against evidenced material; other aluminum sheet grades are a review conversation, stated openly rather than assumed.
An aluminum stamping's life here runs press → punch/finish → coating → inspection, all on site. CNC punching handles hole patterns and cut-outs that complement press forming; powder coating follows in the same plant, so masked areas, hanging points and edge treatment are planned with the stamping, not negotiated with an outside coater after the fact.
That integration is what a buyer is really purchasing with a coated stamping: not two processes, but one accountable route. If a coating defect traces to a stamping burr, there is one quality record and one corrective action.
Bend radii, hole-to-edge distances and draw depths decide whether an aluminum part stamps cleanly or fights the press. The DFM review checks those features against sheet practice and flags the ones that drive scrap or force extra operations. Small geometry changes at review stage — a radius relaxed, a hole moved a few millimetres — routinely decide whether a part is economical, and they cost nothing before the die is cut.
Stamping programmes stay healthy on two habits. First, respect the die as the programme's centre of gravity: it is designed and built by the in-house mould division, held for the programme's life, and maintained by its builders — so tell the review honestly about expected lifetime volumes, because die decisions made for year one quantities can be wrong for year five. Second, freeze feature placement early: holes, forms and patterns are steel once the die is cut, and the cheapest design change in stamping is always the one made before that.
Buyers transferring an existing part should say so at enquiry. A part with an existing die, a part needing a new die, and a part being re-specified from a sample are three different projects with three different first steps, and the review will name which one you have before quoting anything.
Tell us the material grade, quantity and finish you need for your aluminum stamping parts. Our engineers review every drawing for die casting, machining or stamping feasibility before quoting — no obligation.
