Our machining division turns, mills and finishes custom parts in aluminum and stainless steel — the same plant that casts and stamps, so machined components mate with cast and stamped ones without a second supplier in between.

Machined aluminum parts produced to customer drawing.

Aluminum parts machined and anodized in one route.

Aluminum parts machined, then powder coated to specification.

Stainless machining in the two grades named across the range.

Stainless lock components machined to drawing.

Stainless spare parts for equipment and assemblies.
CNC machining here is not a standalone job shop — it is the finishing and precision arm of a factory that also casts, stamps and extrudes. That shows in the work mix: the range is dominated by parts that combine machining with a finish (anodized aluminum, powder-coated aluminum) or with a mating process (machined faces on castings, machined stainless components for assemblies). The equipment list behind it is the factory's own: CNC machining centres, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC punching machines, drilling and tapping machines and wire-cutting machines, with a CMM for verification.
For buyers, the practical benefit is sequencing. A part that starts as an extrusion or a casting does not wait in a queue at an outside machine shop; it moves across one site under one production plan, and its inspection record accumulates in one place.
The published range is specific about materials, and this page follows it exactly: aluminum parts (plain, anodized, powder-coated) and stainless steel parts in SS303 and SS304, including lock parts and spare parts. If your drawing names one of those grades, it is quoting against evidenced production. If it names something else, the drawing review will say whether the part can be re-specified into the evidenced families or should be placed elsewhere — an honest answer at review stage costs nothing; the wrong material commitment costs a project.
Finish belongs in the same conversation. Anodized and powder-coated aluminum parts are separate products in this range, which means finish is a production route, not an afterthought bolted on at packing.
Send the drawing with material grade, finish and quantities. Machining quotes here are built from the actual operations the part needs — milling, turning, punching, drilling, tapping, wire-cutting — so a design change that removes an operation visibly removes cost. Where a part could start from an extrusion profile or a casting instead of solid stock, the review will price that route too: with five processes on site, starting-point choice is a real lever, and it is our job to show it.
Machining programmes stay healthy on two habits. First, keep the drawing and the inspection plan married: the dimensions flagged critical at review are the dimensions the CMM programme measures, so a drawing revision should always travel with a note about what changed functionally — production will re-plan operations and inspection from it. Second, protect the starting-point decision. As quantities grow, a part begun from bar may deserve re-examination as an extrusion- or casting-based part with finish machining only; the review re-opens that question at volume milestones rather than letting a prototype route harden into a production cost.
Buyers transferring an existing part should say so at enquiry. A part proven elsewhere, a part needing re-specification from a sample, and a brand-new design are three different projects with three different first steps, and the review will name which one you have before quoting anything.
Tell us the material grade, quantity and finish you need for your CNC machining parts. Our engineers review every drawing for die casting, machining or stamping feasibility before quoting — no obligation.
