Home › Custom Metal Parts — One Manufacturer, Five Processes
This is the page for buyers whose parts do not fit one process box: custom metal parts quoted across die casting, CNC machining, stamping, extrusion and plastic injection — by the one factory that runs all five.
| Processes in-house | Aluminum & zinc die casting; CNC machining & punching; stamping & sheet fabrication; aluminum extrusion; plastic injection parts |
|---|---|
| Materials | ADC12 / A380; aluminum 6061 / 6063; stainless SS303 / SS304; ABS / PP |
| Tooling | Mould design & production in-house since 1996 |
| Inspection | CMM; ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 quality system |
| Order policy | No fixed MOQ; small-batch trial production supported |
| Founded | 1994; exporting since 2007 |
Real bills of materials ignore process boundaries. A single product can need a die cast housing, a machined stainless shaft, a stamped cover, an extruded heatsink and a plastic cap. Buyers sourcing that set process-by-process manage five vendors, five quality systems and four freight bills — and own every fit problem personally. This page offers the alternative structure: one manufacturer whose divisions cover the set, quoting it as a set.
Runpeng's structure was assembled over decades for exactly this: founded 1994, mould and stamping division 1996, die casting division 2003, export service from 2007, and a combined 9,500 m² across Shenzhen and Dongguan today. The cross-process offer is not a marketing overlay on five subcontractors — it is the factory's actual organisation chart.
Send the whole drawing set, not the part you think suits us. One DFM review assigns each component its process — cast, machined, stamped, extruded, moulded — checks the interfaces between them, and prices the set with tooling and unit costs separated. Where a component could go two ways (a housing cast or extruded; a bracket stamped or machined), both routes are priced and the recommendation is explained.
Production then runs the set in parallel across divisions under one plan, and inspection verifies interfaces against mating parts, not only against paper. The shipment that leaves is an assembly kit whose pieces have already met each other.
Equipment makers, automotive and robotics suppliers, electronics brands and medical-device companies — the industries the factory states it serves — share the same profile: multi-process products, moderate volumes, and no appetite for managing a fragmenting supply base. If your BOM has two or more of our processes in it, this page is your shortest route: one enquiry, one review, one accountable supplier.
Programmes here share one skeleton whatever the process: a drawing review that routes each component to its best process, tooling where the process needs it, production under one quality system, finishing as specified, and CMM-backed inspection before release. Two habits keep programmes healthy. First, state volumes honestly — trial, first year, lifetime — because tooling and routing decisions hang on them, and a programme quoted on fantasy volumes is mispriced in both directions. Second, keep one channel for changes: drawing revisions sent with a note about what changed functionally let production re-plan operations and inspection in one pass.
Buyers transferring existing work should say so at enquiry. A proven part with tooling, a part needing new tooling, and a part being re-specified from a sample are three different projects with three different first steps, and the review will name which one you have before quoting anything.
Tell us the material grade, quantity and finish you need for your custom metal parts programme. Our engineers review every drawing for die casting, machining or stamping feasibility before quoting — no obligation.
